We Guarantee that our patented cloth is not made in China as most others are. You will know the difference because of both it's long and short term qualities not to lint, pill, leave water marks or lose it's streak free quality after only a few short washings.

Terms and Conditions
Unless the context indicates otherwise, the term "we" or "our" or "us" or "Krystal Klear Cloth" or "Krystal Klear Products" refers to the owner of these registered trademarks and the Krystal Klear Website; the term "you" or "your" or "customer" or "distributor" refers to the viewer or user of the Krystal Klear Website. You must agree to the following Terms and Conditions in order to distribute the Krystal Klear Cloth® and violating any of these Terms and Conditions may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you, terminate your privileges to distribute the Krystal Klear Cloth®.

The Krystal Klear Cloth® will not be sold or offered on any on-line auction. To establish a website using the “Krystal Klear Cloth” name is permitted only if you apply for permission by contacting us at info@kkcloth.com and comply with the price structure listed below. It is not permitted to pay any on-line search engine “paid ads” to boost standings in the keyword search using the “krystal klear cloth” or "krystal klear products" or "krystal klear" or any name similar such as "Crystal Clear"

The Krystal Klear Cloth distributor retail pricing is 2 cloths for $10.00 or 5 cloths for $20.00 and 10 for $32.00. In some instances, it is permitted to sell the cloths at 3 cloths for $10.00 for a sale period such as 1 day or 1 week. We ask you to agree to never sell below the price of $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00 (on an advertised sale). For any on-line or website sales, the minimum pricing is $6.00 each, 2 for $10.00, 5 for $20.00, 10 for $32.00. Any and all TV advertising must first be approved by Krystal Klear Prodcuts LLC.

It is not permitted to sell or promote competitive products using the “Krystal Klear” name, and it is not permitted to substitute alternative products for the Krystal Klear Cloth®.

By using the Krystal Klear Cloth Website, you understand and expressly agree to be legally bound by our Terms of Use; our Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Use; and our Terms and Conditions for distributors of the Krystal Klear Cloth®, which becomes part of our Terms of Use when you fill out this distributor application, enter your initials in the text box as indicated, and select "I Agree;" and to follow our Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Krystal Klear Cloth Website.

You agree that distributors of the Krystal Klear Cloth® are independent individuals or businesses (third parties), solely responsible for their own business and are not an employee, franchise, nor agent of Krystal Klear Products LLC. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and/or website content of these third parties and any other third parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. It is your sole responsibility to check for changes to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on July 1st , 2016.
